BT12000PLT — 12V Winch Motor
The BT12000PLT drives 12,000 lb-class recovery winches: a bi-directional series-wound motor delivering 6 N·m rated torque at 2000 W, sealed to IP67 for fording, mud and pressure washing. Class F insulation and a S2 2 min · S3 7%ED duty rating keep it pulling when the line load peaks.
Engineers' picks from the catalog

Where Bonte motors go to work
Pick your industry — each panel shows how the drive integrates and which series to start from.
Tail lifts, dock levellers & lifting equipment
Hydraulic power units live or die by their motor's duty cycle. Bonte oil pump motors are rated S2/S3 for exactly this rhythm — lift, rest, repeat — with windings from 800 W to 4,200 W and IP54 protection for chassis mounting.
- Tail lifts & liftgates · dump trailers · dock levellers
- Scissor lifts & aerial work platforms
- 12V & 24V windings, CW rotation, 9/2-tooth shafts
Recovery, utility & marine winches
Winch motors face stall loads, water crossings and salt. Bonte's bi-directional series-wound motors deliver high starting torque with IP67 sealed options, proven on 6,000–12,000 lb winch platforms.
- Off-road recovery & trailer winches
- ATV/UTV & marine anchor winches
- Bi-directional, IP54/IP67, 1,300–2,200 W
Roll-over tarpaulin & cover systems
A tarpaulin motor rides on top of the truck for the vehicle's whole life — rain, ice, pressure washing. Bonte tarpaulin drives are IP67 as standard and ship as complete kits: motor, 40:1 gearbox and controller.
- Truck & trailer roll-over cover systems
- Agricultural & grain transport covers
- IP67 · 3min-30%ED duty · complete drive kits
EVs, forklifts & battery power distribution
High-current DC connections are only as reliable as their weakest crimp. Bonte battery wires use fine-strand oxygen-free copper with calibrated crimping and pull testing, built to drawing for OEM production.
- Electric vehicles, LSVs & golf carts
- Forklifts & material handling
- Battery banks & energy storage
Precision production, verified 100%
From armature winding to final load testing, Bonte runs high-precision machining centers and multiple fully automatic assembly lines in Ningbo, Zhejiang — with every motor inspected before it leaves the factory.
- ISO/TS 16949:2016 quality system, certified by AQA (USA)
- In-house R&D team for motors and wire assemblies
- 100% outgoing inspection with load and leak testing
- Custom windings, shafts, mounts and connectors on request
Capabilities that keep OEM lines moving
Quality management
Structured system covering incoming inspection, in-process checks, load testing and shipment — every motor leaves with verified parameters under ISO/TS 16949.
Armature winding & balancing
Automated winding with dynamic balancing keeps vibration and brush wear low — the difference between a motor that lasts one season and one that lasts years.
Sealing engineering
Shaft seals, gasketed end caps and sealed terminals deliver honest IP54 and IP67 ratings, validated by immersion testing.
Custom windings & interfaces
Voltage, power and torque variants plus custom shafts, flanges and connectors — engineered from your operating conditions, not a parts bin.
Factory-direct supply
No trading company in between: engineering answers from the people who build the motor, and pricing without middleman margin.
Complete drive kits
Motors supplied with matched gearboxes, controllers and battery wiring — one supplier, one warranty, one integration to validate.

The questions buyers ask first
Do you support OEM / ODM customization?
Yes. Bonte develops custom windings (voltage, power, torque), shafts, mounting flanges, connectors and complete drive kits to customer drawings. The process starts from your operating conditions — duty cycle, load, environment — followed by feasibility confirmation, sampling and production.
Can I order samples before production?
Yes. Sample orders of standard models are welcome so you can validate fit and performance on your equipment before committing to production quantities. Confirmed samples lock the specification for series production.
Which markets do you export to, and on what trade terms?
Bonte products ship to more than 100 countries across Europe, the Americas, Australia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Common trade terms (EXW / FOB / CIF) are supported — state your preference in the inquiry.
How does quoting work?
